I'm pretty sure there is going to be a massive earthquake somewhere in California and that this event will not be a natural occurrence but an artificial one using high powered technology invented by Nikola Tesla. I also believe a great deal of the worlds catastrophe's have been caused in the same manor such as the tsunami in Thailand which killed 200,000+ people. Either way, they only do drills like these because they know it's going to happen just like how they evacuated the twin towers in a mock evacuation weeks before the actual attack.

Tesla never even concieved of altering or initiating seismic activity, which is what creating an earthquake essentially is. Also, as all of his inventions are electrical in nature, the earth would nullify any threat posed.

I am the last person to back Lumie up, however he is correct that Tesla did invent an electrical oscillator machine that could "reportedly" cause tremors in the earth. The hitch was that the oscillations started with a small frequency and then built to larger magnitudes through determining the appropriate "tune" at which objects vibrate, which is different for each material and very much a fact of nature. Theoretically, if you can isolate the tune of the type of rock you are on, you can vibrate said rock. If there is enough mass vibrating of one material, it will use kenetic energy to vibrate everything else around it, causing an earthquake. It is definitely possible in theory, and was originally an idea of Tesla.

Wait, your basis for saying that the government will cause a massive earthquake is that they're doing earthquake drills in California? That's like saying the government is planning on setting every school in the country on fire because they require fire drills. News flash: earthquakes happen in California.

They've been predicting a large quake here for quite some time now..and its got nothing to do with earthquake machines. The San Andreas fault goes off once every 130-200 years or so, and has been doing so for the last 2000 years. Its been 148 years since the last big quake so logically it could be any moment now..thats the story Lumie theres no radical conspiracy theories needed.
